Building work has begun on the new West Norwood library and cinema at the Nettlefold Hall. The library and cinema should be open in autumn next year and will see a full town centre library open for longer hours alongside a four-screen cinema and cafe.

Cllrs Fred and Anna recently paid a visit ahead of the building work starting.
